Personal information is only collected through participant consent and protected confidentiality.

Privacy Policy - the basics

Personal information is collected such as name, address, contact details, and payment information through registration forms, Eventbrite, and during in-person course enrollment. This information will be used for:

Issuing official certificates upon successful course completion, maintaining course records for accreditation purposes, contacting participants for course updates or related information, and processing payments for course fees. Information will not be used for purposes other than those stated above.

Participant personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties without the participant's consent, unless required by law. Any information shared with the American Red Cross in regards to accreditation will be protected as required by law.

This information may be shared with regulators like state EMS offices, training officers, and NREMT, and participant employers on a need-to-know basis and under password-protected access. Participants can access personal information and request corrections or deletions. Participants have the right to opt-out of receiving future communications, once course and training is complete.
