Refund Policy
Refund Policy - the basics
Once you register and pay for a BLS course, the fee is typically non-refundable. If you fail to attend your scheduled class, you will forfeit the course fee and not receive a refund. If you do not pass the course, you may not receive a refund, but may be offered an opportunity to retake the class at a later scheduled date upon instructor discrepancy. Course materials like manuals, textbooks, and CPR masks are generally non-refundable, but will be supplied during training and returned at the end of the training class.
Exceptions and Potential for Rescheduling or Granted Refund:
You will be approved to reschedule your class once, for a fee of $10 due to personal issues that arise within 48 hours of the class. If the class is cancelled by the instructor for any reason, you may be offered a refund or the ability to reschedule without additional cost. In an In extenuating circumstances like medical emergencies or job loss, you will be granted a full refund and opportunity to reschedule a class for a later date. Carefully review the cancellation and refund policy of the BLS before you register for a course.
